2. For what purposes do we process your data?

To handle and respond to your requests, enquiries and requests for quotes submitted through the forms and other contact channels.
To manage the business relationship and, where applicable, the provision of our maintenance, installation, modernisation or repair services.
To manage applications received through the job application form.
To send you communications about regulations, grants or news, only if you have subscribed and given your consent.
Producing usage statistics for the website, only if you accept analytics cookies.

3. What is the legal basis?

Handling requests and quotes: your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Provision of services and management of the relationship: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Job applications: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Commercial communications: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR; Art. 21 LSSI-CE).
Compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting): legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected: until your request has been resolved, if it does not result in a contractual relationship; for the term of the contract and the applicable statutory limitation periods, if you are a customer; until you withdraw your consent, in the case of communications; and for the period required by the applicable legislation, in the case of job applications.

5. To which recipients is your data disclosed?

We do not disclose your data to third parties except where required by law. In order to provide the service, certain providers acting as data processors have access to the data, under the corresponding contract: the web hosting provider (Kinsta, running on Google Cloud infrastructure and protected by Cloudflare), Google (Gmail), through which form emails are sent, and, where applicable, the customer management system.

DBS Elevación is part of the Schindler Group: the requests you send through the forms are also received in Group mailboxes so that they can be handled.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics) processes browsing data to produce usage statistics for the website.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Some of these providers (Google, Cloudflare, Meta) may involve international transfers of data, covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

6. What are your rights?

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to informacion@dbselevacion.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that we have not properly addressed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or via its electronic office at www.aepd.es.

The data we process is obtained directly from you, through the site’s forms and contact channels.

8. Automated decision-making

No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out using your data.
