What happens when you call us
If people are trapped
It's an absolute priority. We'll get them out, whether or not you have a 24-hour contract.
If it's stopped but no one is inside
We deal with it according to your contract, and we tell you what's happened and what it will cost to fix before we touch anything.
If you're not a customer yet
We'll still come. We'll repair it and, if you like, explain what it would be like to have us as your lift maintenance company.
What we repair
From a door that won’t close or push buttons that don’t respond to a controller or motor fault. If a part is no longer manufactured, we’ll tell you straight and give you alternatives rather than leaving your lift out of action for weeks.
