Your building still doesn't have a lift?
We assess whether one can be installed, take care of all the building work — not just the lift itself — and help you put together grants and financing so the community doesn't have to pay a special levy all at once.
We know why it feels daunting
“I don't know if it's possible in my building”
That's why we start with a feasibility study: we tell you whether it fits, where and how, before anyone commits to anything.
“It'll be never-ending building work with a dozen companies”
We take care of everything: building work, metalwork, electrics and the lift. A single company responsible.
“Nobody can afford the special levy”
We look into the public grants your building is eligible for and finance the rest.

We also help you with the inside job
Installing a lift isn’t just building work: it’s about convincing the owners’ meeting. We give you the information in a format you can present and vote on, and if needed we’ll come to the meeting to explain it and answer questions.

Buildings where people used to take the stairs
For an owners' meeting, seeing an entrance hall like theirs already transformed is worth more than any argument.

The more details you give us (and photos), the more accurate the assessment will be.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know if a lift can be installed in my building?
With the feasibility study. We come and look at the stairwell, the courtyard, the structure and the space available, and tell you which solutions fit. It’s free and with no obligation.
What if it doesn't fit in the stairwell?
There are other options: an inner courtyard, the façade, or using part of the landing. In the study we tell you which are feasible in your case.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the type of installation and the solution. In the study we give you a realistic timescale, not a brochure one.
Do we need permission from the town council?
Yes, a licence is required. We take care of the technical project and the paperwork.
What happens if a neighbour objects?
Installing a lift for accessibility is subject to specific rules on voting majorities in communities of owners. We’ll explain where your case stands.
Are there grants?
Yes. In Catalonia there are accessibility grants from the Generalitat and from several town councils. You’ll find them on our grants page.
