Most contracts are signed without knowing what they cover. Then comes the bill for a repair you thought was included. We show you all three plans in full before you sign anything.
For communities that want to cover the mandatory inspection and little else.
- Lubrication and cleaning of the lift components that need it, in accordance with current legislation.
- Inspection and examination of the installation, with particular attention to the safety systems.
- Breakdown call-outs during working hours.
Paid by the customer: replacement of any parts or components that need it.
The option most communities choose.
- All IM·I work and operations.
- Repair at no cost to the customer of: main switch, relay coils and contactors, current rectifiers, fuses, capacitors, varistors, electrical contacts, push buttons, alarm bell, indicator lamps, fluorescent tubes, ballasts, car and counterweight buffers, and screws and fixings in general.
Covers the repair of these components, not their replacement.
So you never have to argue over a repair bill at an owners' meeting again.
- All IM·I + IM·II work and operations.
- Repair at no cost to the customer, labour included, of: car and counterweight frames, brake, controller, electrical installation, car guide shoes, counterweight guide shoes, and any component needed to put the lift back into service.
Repair covered. A fixed, predictable cost.
24-hour rescue and Saturdays/public holidays: included in all three plans, at no extra cost. Repairs are carried out whenever the necessary parts are available. No prices here: every installation is different, so we prepare a tailored offer for you.
What we check when nobody's looking.
Proper maintenance isn't dropping by once a month and signing the job sheet. Our programme goes beyond what the regulations require —and no one else in the local sector publishes it.

Two safety inspections a year
Real functional tests on what can genuinely cause harm: door interlocks, overspeed governor, safety gear, traction machine brake and safety switches.

In-depth five-yearly inspection
Every five years, a complete review with advanced testing equipment and specialist staff. We don't just report the problem: we fix it.
Is your lift ready for the new ITC?
The problem is never the lift. It's the special levy.
Installing or upgrading a lift is decided at an owners’ meeting, and there’s always someone who can’t afford the special levy. We advise you on the public grants your building may qualify for and finance the rest: up to 24 months interest-free, subject to approval.
