What businesses ask us
Can you come out outside production hours?
The Public Holidays module covers Saturdays and public holidays within working hours, and the 24 Hours module covers the rescue of trapped passengers.
What if the equipment is from another manufacturer?
No problem. We’re fully multi-brand, with no limits: we maintain equipment from any manufacturer.
Do you help us with official inspections?
Yes. The CPSI programme includes two safety inspections a year and a thorough review every five years. We prepare the installation to pass the statutory inspections and put right whatever is needed before the inspection body arrives.
Can you look after all our sites in Catalonia?
Full coverage throughout Catalonia.
Do you offer telemetry?
Yes. The GSM module enables telemetry and remote control: the equipment reports its status and we can detect problems before they cause downtime.
