You manage the buildings. We'll take care of the lifts.
A single point of contact for your entire portfolio. Contracts you can explain at an owners' meeting without being interrupted. And a phone line that answers when the lift on the fifth floor stops on a Sunday.
We know what your day is like
The phone
One resident calls you because the lift is making a strange noise. Another because it's been out of service since yesterday. Another because they don't know who to report it to. None of them has your number by chance: they have it because you're the property manager.
The owners' meeting
The owners' meeting comes round and you have to explain why the community pays what it does for maintenance, and why a repair bill nobody expected has arrived. Defending a contract that even you don't fully understand is very hard.
The paperwork
Invoices from twelve communities, work reports from twelve different technicians, inspection certificates, ITC reports. Each company sends them however and whenever it likes.
The ITC
The new regulations require you to review contracts and lifts across your entire portfolio. It's work you hadn't budgeted for and that nobody is going to pay you for.
And that's why we work like this
-
01
A single point of contact for your entire portfolio
You have an account manager with a name and a direct phone number. Not a 900 number with a menu of options. When you call, they know which buildings you have and what happened last time.
-
02
Contracts you can defend at an owners' meeting
Three levels, IM-I, IM-II and IM-III, with a full breakdown of what each one covers. You can show the table at the owners' meeting so every owner sees exactly what they're paying for. No more “that wasn't included in the contract”.
-
03
Everything in one place
You receive the invoices and work reports for your entire portfolio in consolidated form, in the same format and on the same date every month.
-
04
The ITC, sorted
We review the lifts across your portfolio, tell you which ones comply and which don't, and what needs doing on each. With a report per building that you can forward as it is to each community.
Free audit of your portfolio
Give us the list of your buildings and we’ll tell you, free of charge and with no obligation: what each one’s current contract covers, what’s missing, what you’re overpaying for and which ones won’t pass the next inspection.
We’ll give it to you in writing, building by building. Whether you use it with us or not.
You can also send us the list at informacion@dbselevacion.com or call 930 221 313.

What sets us apart from your current provider
Rescue 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
If someone gets trapped, we come. Whatever the time, whatever the day. 876 54 10 12 never closes.
CPSI safety programme
Two safety inspections a year, with real functional tests on the door interlocks, overspeed governor, safety gear, traction machine brake and safety switches. Plus an in-depth inspection every five years. No one else in Catalonia publishes their safety programme: we show you all of it.
Backed by Schindler
Behind DBS stands the backing of a global manufacturer. For a property manager torn between DBS and a small local firm, that settles it.
Multi-brand
We maintain lifts of any make, so you don’t need five different suppliers for a portfolio with five makes.
Property managers who already work with us
“I manage a lot of communities, and with DBS the lifts are no longer the problem of the week: a direct contact and reports resolved without having to chase anyone.”

What property managers ask us
Do I have to switch all my buildings at once?
No. We can start with one, with the ones whose contract is about to expire, or with the ones giving you the most trouble. The audit tells you which they are.
What about the minimum term on their current contract?
We look into it for you. In the audit we tell you exactly when each building can leave and how much notice is needed, so there are no surprises or penalties.
Do you maintain lifts that aren't Schindler?
Yes. We’re fully multi-brand, without limits: we maintain and repair lifts from any manufacturer.
Who deals with the residents?
We do, if you like. We can handle each community’s breakdown reports directly so they don’t go through your office. You receive the summary.
How do I receive the invoices?
We send you the information for all your buildings in an organised, consolidated way, so you don’t have to chase work reports and invoices one by one.
Do you cover the whole of Catalonia?
We provide full coverage across the whole of Catalonia, with the same service in every district.

Let's start with one building
You don't need to move your entire portfolio. Pick the building that gives you the most headaches, let us audit it and decide afterwards.
Or call us on 930 221 313 and we’ll talk it through in five minutes.
