For a non-urgent report, we’ll ask you for the lift’s details (address and RAE number) and a description of the problem. This isn’t the sales form: it goes straight to the technical team.

We can still come out. We repair lifts of any make, without limits. And while we’re there, if you like, we’ll check over the whole lift.
