Purpose of this channel

At DBS Elevación we are committed to acting properly and transparently. This channel allows any conduct that may be contrary to the law, to our values or to professional ethics to be reported in good faith: irregularities, breaches or inappropriate behaviour related to our activity.

Who may use it

This channel may be used by employees, collaborators, suppliers, customers and any other person connected with DBS Elevación.

How to report

You may submit your report through the ethics and compliance channel of the Schindler Group, of which DBS Elevación is part (available at group.schindler.com), describing the facts in as much detail as possible. We will treat your report confidentially and without retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

Confidentiality and protection

We guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person and of the facts reported, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements. Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.
